1. Nutrition Support Program

Food insecurity remains a persistent challenge for low-income individuals, seniors, and youth across our communities. At SDN Community Services, we combat this issue through targeted nutrition initiatives that ensure access to healthy, nourishing meals for all.

Key Nutrition Services:

Youth Meal Program:

We provide free, nutritious meals to school-age children through afterschool and summer food programs. These meals meet USDA dietary standards and are offered in safe, supervised environments.

Adult Emergency Food Pantry:

Our food pantry is stocked with fresh produce, dairy, proteins, and shelf-stable staples for adults and families facing hunger. Clients are welcome to visit weekly and receive culturally appropriate food packages.

Mobile Meal Outreach:

For those who cannot access our facilities due to health or transportation barriers, we deliver prepared meals and food boxes directly to their homes.

Housing Assistance & Stability Program

Housing insecurity often coexists with food insecurity. To help break the cycle of poverty and homelessness, SDN Community Services provides direct housing assistance and supportive services that pave the way to long-term stability.
Our Housing Support Services:

1

Housing Navigation & Case Management

2

Transitional Housing Placement
